Answer:
I absolutely agree with that statment of territorial losses being the worst punishment faced by Germans in Treaty of Versailles.
Explanation:
Territorial loss is a system where a country is stripped off its rightful lands and areas due to fallout with other countries after a war. After the end of world War 1, Germany lost the war. And, also, they lost most of their territory due to the Treaty they signed with other countries.
The Treaty was to curtail their power and influence in Europe. Despite the treaty being too harsh, what pained the Germans most was the territorial loss to some Allied powers such as Belgium, Cezchslovakia, Poland, East Pressua and renouncement of control of colonies under their care. It is sighted by researchers, that, the territorial loss is part of the reason why German went to war during world War 2.

- Some archeologist said cave paintings were part of a ritual. Ceremonies were conducted in the caves and the artwork was the result of a tribe’s mystics documenting their spiritual journey. There was one other that explained that many paintings were done by children and that it could symbolize their coming of age.
- Another approach ( more realistic one) explained that climate was changing and many species were dissapearing. So, the inhabitants of that time, left a record on the cave so as to remember the animals and their footprints when or if they return, so they can differentiate them when hunting.

Many of the arguments that favor internal improvements financed by the government center around economic development as a result of government spending as well as the fact that infrastructure and internal improvements are public goods which will largely not be paid for by the private sector. The arguments against it are that the government shouldn't finance these projects because the market will account for it somehow. Most individuals even if they are against government spending believe that the government should be responsible for infrastructure projects.
