Cosmopolitan means that everybody belongs to a single country or community.  The follow reasons point out why Ghana is considered to be a cosmopolitan

  • Ghana has never experienced any civil war unlike other countries in Africa.
  • The Ghanaian are friendly people and they love having foreigners around.
  • They have a very unique cultures, from music, arts, and dance.
  • They have a more stable democracy compare to the rest of Africa
  • Ghana is well located. They aren't stuck in the middle of the continent :)
  • The weather isn't too bad  there as well :)

This has no roots in facts and no cited evidence given to prove other wise. There's also a bit of passive voice misuse here, "<u>Some</u> college kids can win lots of different games." You shouldn't use words like some/many/may in an argument. It makes your point look weak, you need to be strong and affirmative.
