Jacob meets Miss Peregrine and the wights (the antagonists) and hollows (other antagonists) want to kidnap the the ymbrynes which are the other people who take care of the kids. The kids try to protect themselves and Miss Peregrine.
If there were too many buyers of fish in the market the main likely thing that would happen would be that the fish sellers would suffer more profit and less loss.
