Explanation:

The pancreas releases enzymes such as trypsin and chymotrypsin to digest proteins into the duodenum. (This process is overly simplified for your convenience). The stomach itself manufactures hydrochloric acid (HCl) via parietal cells which help in chemical denaturation. The gall bladder houses bile, manufactured by the liver, which is released into the duodenum when fatty food is detected. The bile serves to emulsify the fat, to aide in digestion.
