Answer:

Virtual reality (VR) environments can be as intimate as an airplane's cockpit or as expansive as an entire virtual universe. These environments have been meticulously recreated to achieve the highest degree of realism. How accurately virtual reality can replicate or play the physical world as we know it. Refers to the degree to which technology can accurately imitate how we sense and see the world in daily life. When our experience in a virtual setting is comparable to our experience in the real world, we refer to this as immersive VR.

For instance, you can walk or run at various speeds in the actual world. If you were in a virtual world and could only move at a single speed, the virtual world would be less immersive, as your experience in VR would be inconsistent with your experience in the real world, where you can walk or run at varying speeds. Virtual reality technology is intended to create the illusion that we have departed from our current location and been transported to another. The more realistic (or immersive) the virtual world, the more we begin to believe—or at the very least feel—that we are in it.

Virtual Reality relies on slightly different views for each eye because this is also the way the eyes capture information that is sent to the human brain for processing. It is called Stereoscopic View.

Stereoscopic View and Virtual Reality (VR)

A Virtual reality that mimics nature's Stereoscopic View is called Stereoscopic VR.

With Stereoscopic VR, there are two images. One for each eye and both images are slightly different.

This is made possible by the use of two camera lenses that are slightly positioned at slightly different angles instead of one.

Do you believe the Elizabethan Poor Laws still influence some of the government assistance that is provided today in the United
Oduvanchick [21]

Answer:

The Welfare State, as many authors maintain, is nothing other than the continuation of the Liberal State. That is to say, its intervention in the economic and social areas was only due to a momentary need to manage capital in order to favour one sector and avoid stopping the development of the capitalist state and its potential growth.

It is a measure that has certain reminiscences to those implemented in the 1600s with the Law of the Poor, which sought to change the idea of society and help the most needy.

The role of the nations, at that time, was to provide the best quality of life for men and women but without discarding the so-called vagrants, who later would collaborate with the labor force to grow the factories and companies.

All citizens have the same right to satisfy their needs as humans and enjoy the fruits of their labor. That is why governments, put in place programs, services and social plans that try to solve the problems of poverty, as well as provide help to anyone who seeks to collect their pension, have a home of their own and provide education to their children. It is these actions that make the social welfare of a nation real.

It was John. M. Keynes, who after the economic depression experienced in 1929, set in motion the Welfare model, leaving behind the current model of liberalism.

The Keynesian or Welfare State, postulated that one should intervene in the economy and society, with a view to complementing the functioning of the market, guaranteeing a minimum of basic welfare for all of society.

The new implementation helped the urban society to improve its quality of life and the welfare of the citizens.

This new Keynesian model placed four important factors within society, managed by the government: health, education, pensions and social services.

In this sense, the United States is not an exception when through numerous legal principles it seeks to maintain the welfare state among the most disadvantaged population, but always providing development opportunities without falling into the humiliating categorization and classification that characterized, and was highly criticized for that, the law of the poor.

Describe the theocracy that calvin established in geneva
Viefleur [7K]

John Calvin formally supports the idea of separating the church from the state, but in fact insists on converting the state into a church organ, with the aim of misleading a strict theocratic regime.

Explanation:

 • He claimed the right to excommunication and the lives of citizens.
 • Even the most banal leisure activities such as song and play were banned. Taverns and inns were closed and any punishment for the existing order was punished by death, or, in milder cases, expulsion from the city.
 • He became dictator in 1555 in Geneva, which became the city with the strongest morals. Despite all, he enjoyed the voice of the great Enlightenment and the church dignitary.
 • His education, language skills, clear style made him one of the most influential reformers of the non-Lutheran Protestant church.

In spite of republican misgivings, southern slavery survived the post-Revolutionary era because?
egoroff_w [7]

Answer:

In spite of republican misgivings, southern slavery survived the post-Revolutionary era because there were powerful economic incentives to forced labor.

Explanation:

In spite of emancipation laws bring passed after the war, they were very slow to take effect on southern states: many of them only freed children, for example. The economic system that the south had built required a massive unpaid workforce. In states where tobacco production decreased and no longer demanded such work, the free black population increased more rapidly than in other states, Meryland and Delaware for example. Legal modifications weren't taken seriously among whites of the lower southern states.
