Why are some people more capable of enduring suffering and misfortune than others?
Bas_tet [7]

Answer:

I have no idea if this deal with religion or not but, I have always believed that not everyone has the same life and people go through things like suffering and loss so they can help others when they see it happen to other people or they end up keeping their sorrow to themselves and not everyone can be born in the same class so it can bring awareness to people. It's like they want high class people to appreciate they have a better life than the middle class or lower class people even.

How might the title of a literary work help you examine its purpose?
Ira Lisetskai [31]

Answer:

The title often suggests the message the author wants to send.

Explanation:

the title does not always include the names of main characters, and you obviously cannot tell what to expect from the plot or the tone of the work by a title, so the answer is the title often suggests the message the author wants to send.

gogolik [260]

Answer:

  • The theme of alienation
  • Influence of African American customs
  • Incorporation of musical folk traditions.

Explanation:

Harlem Renaissance was a cultural and artistic movement, started in the 1920s, establishing itself as the flowering of African American culture. The Harlem Renaissance was composed of a series of artistic works, among which, literature was one of the most prominent. The literary works had a strong racial pride, extolling African American customs and characteristics and criticizing the racism present in the country. Nevertheless, the works often addressed alienation as a theme, moreover, as much music as literature presented the incorporation of musical folk traditions.
