yan [13]

Walking drills are low impact exercise. (One foot is always on the ground)

Wind sprints burn(s) the most calories. (Constant switches from low to high intensity)

Sprinting drills are high impact exercise (Both feet are off ground at times)

High impact exercise can put a strain on the joints. (Weight of whole body impacts joints when landing)

During low impact exercise, one foot remains on the ground. (About half the weight of body impacts joints an there is more control)

Wind sprints can be a walking drill with a 20 second jog included in it. (Wind sprints are switching between lower and higher intensity exercises)

Jumping in place is a type of high impact exercise. (Whole body off ground)

Low impact exercise can be done on the floor. (Most of body weight is supported)

What is acceptable healthy body fat percentage for men?
Luden [163]
Athletics are in that 15%
Healthy body fat for younger men is 20%
And 25% and lower are the healthy body fat for men and women
30% and higher are obese for men and woman.
Depending on the age range I would go for the 20%- 25%.

Health experts say a number between 18.5 to 24.9 is a healthy BMI for men.
