3 rhombi are connected at a point, side by side. All sides are congruent. Juan is making a model out of rhombi. Each rhombus wil

l be connected to the one before it. Each rhombus will be 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide. How much paper does he need for each rhombus? square inches If his wall is 11 feet long, how much paper does he use? square inches.

Rhombus has all sides equal. The total amount of paper that will be needed to cover the wall is 396 in².

Given to us

Each rhombus will be 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide.

A.)

The area of each rhombus can be found using the formula,

Area = \dfrac{1}{2} \times d_1 \times d_2

We know that diagonals of the rhombus are of length 6 in and 4 in. therefore,

Area = \dfrac{1}{2} \times 6 \times 4\\\\Area = 12\ in^2

Hence, the area of the single rhombus is 12 in².

We know that the wall is 11 feet long, also, 1 foot = 12 inches, therefore,

11 feet = 132 in.

Now, since the wall is 132 in long and the width of the rhombus is 4 in, therefore, the number of rhombi that will be needed,

\dfrac{132}{4} =33

Hence, the number of rhombi that will be needed is 33.

We know the area of each paper rhombus, also, we know the number of rhombi that will be needed. Therefore,

33 \times 12 = 396\ in^2

Hence, the total amount of paper that will be needed to cover the wall is 396 in².

Answer:

A

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to multiply it by two because they have us 2 numbers for the legs, we use the Pythagorean theorem thing, but we have to basically add them, or we can multiply y 2(since they are the same number). Anyways 18\sqrt{2} (2)= 36\sqrt{2}

Please solve this question <br>the answer is 45 degree
malfutka [58]

Answer:

∠ABC= 45°

Step-by-step explanation:

∠ABC= ∠BCD (alt. ∠s, AB//CD)

(2x +15)°= (3x)°

2x +15= 3x

3x-2x= 15 <em>(</em><em>-2x </em><em>on </em><em>both </em><em>sides)</em>

x= 15

Substituting the value of x:

∠ABC

= ∠BCD

= [3(15)]°

= 45°

jeka57 [31]

Answer:

8.333333

Step-by-step explanation:

 3x+2(4+6x)=133

  3x+8+12x=133                      First I distibuted the 2 too the 4 and 6x

15x+8=133                                 Then I added the x es 3x and 12x

15x+8-8=133-8                         Then I subracted 8 from both sides

15x=125                                    That leaves with this

 15x/15=125/15                          Now I divide 15 from both sides to isolate x

x= 8.33333                                 that is the answer

                             check

                  3x+2(4+6x)=133

                 3*8.333333+2(4+6*8.333333)=133

                  24.999999 +2(4+ 49.999998)=133

                    24.999999+2( 53.999998)=133

                         24.999999+107.999996=133

                              132.999995=133
