I know it would be hard to adjust to the new food and place but you got this.Your father would be happy to hear how u have became when he gets out of the new place.The food can’t be that bad but if it is just try to get it from me and your father.The new place that you are at right now might be boring but once u get used to it you would be happy.Make sure you make new friends and do the things that makes you happy.

Here, the auxiliary verb “am” (a form of to be) lets the reader or listener know that the main verb in the sentence—in this case, “driving”—is happening continuously in the present. Different forms of to be could be used as a helping verb to explain when the driving is occurring (e.g., was driving, will drive, or had been driving).
