(k-9)(k-9)

k²-18k +81

Discriminant(D) = 0

Therefore b² = 4ac

when b = -18, a = 1, c = c

puting the values in the equation...

(-18)² = 4(1) x C

324 = 4C

divide though by 4

we have : C = 324/4

C = 81
