What is 3 ways bacteria can be prevented ?
spayn [35]
The first way to prevent bacteria - and you should have heard this a bunch growing up, to wash your hands every time you use the bathroom and before you eat. Washing your hands prevents bacteria and also prevents a person getting sick easily.

The second way to prevent bacteria is to wash items that are touched more commonly around your house frequently. These things include door handles, the keyboard on your computer (even the mouse), remote controllers...just items that are touched a lot around the house.

The third way to prevent bacteria is to keep an eye on new about food or water that is recalled. A bunch of food (and water) nowadays are getting recalled due to ingredients that are not necessary, or contaminated.

Describe what occurs in the body of a type 1 diabetic after they consumer a carbohydrate-heavy meal. In your response, include t
Lunna [17]

Answer:

Carbohydrate’s direct impact is to raise blood sugar levels and therefore too much carbohydrate can cause problems for people with diabetes.

People with diabetes have problems with insulin that can cause blood sugar levels to rise. For people with type 1 diabetes, the pancreas loses the ability to make insulin. For people with type 2 diabetes, the body can't respond normally to the insulin that is made.

When carbohydrate is eaten, it gets broken down by digestion directly into glucose and is then absorbed into the blood.(by people who don't have diabetes). The body then sends out insulin (unless you have type 1 diabetes) to move glucose out of the blood. Insulin will either move glucose into working cells such as the muscles or organs, or store the glucose as body fat.

It is an advantage for us to eat foods that contain more than one type of molecule (glucose, proteins, lipids, and starch) because it's a healthy source of food that doesn't use much energy of body parts during digestion.
