Cilia and flagella are very similar  in structure with the difference in their length (cilia-short flagella-long and how many of them are found on cells (cells  usually have hundreds of cilia while cells with flagella usually only have one or two of them). Pseudopodia is a cytoplasmic extension with the same function as cilia and flagella.
