You usually see on things like projects, the criteria is 5 sentences, meaning that if you have less than 5 sentences, you will be judged based on not meeting that reason, and you will lose points.

Criteria is added to almost everything in life that you see all the time, for example you aren't allowed to be a driver if you are driving recklessly and becoming a safety hazards for others.
