Wellness is a daily struggle that is influenced by
den301095 [7]

Answer:

ANSWER BELOW------Please mark me brainliest!!!

Explanation:

Wellness is a daily struggle that is influenced by society. With the concept that a bo*dy has to be "perfect", it becomes a daily struggle for many.

The main thing people struggle in wellness would be obesity and eating disorders. Many Americans, more precisely: 28.8 million, will suffer from a form of eating disorders. The big culprit isn't from the obsession of their health, it's the obsession on how they lo*ok and that is due to influence. Sadly, it mainly stems from so*cial me*dia.

We are hu*man. There is a reason why we all lo*ok different. The world would be a boring place if we all lo*oked the same. Instead of feeling ashamed on the way you lo*ok, embrace it. Be healthy and happy. Spirtial wellness, physical wellness, and emotional wellness are all an important components in your health. Be you!

Finally, your financial wellness. Do not let soc*iety influence you. Don't let them make you feel bad if you can't afford the high class item or the latest Instagr*am hype. All it matters is your health. Sadly, you can't be healthy if you can't afford it. Just do what you need to do, and ignore the haters. Don't struggle because you're influenced by society.

I hope this helps!
