Take an example, say :- 55.67

In this, first split the number into 2 parts - part before the decimal point & the part after the decimal point.

So,
55 is read as - fifty five
Decimal point is read as - point
67 is read as - six seven (not sixty seven)

So, 55.67 is read as - fifty five point six seven.
