though the point of her working out is for losing weight, working out has other noticeable things that comes with it no matter if its muscles, flatter stomach, better upper body strength, better balance, the ability to eat smaller portions of food, being able to hold your breath longer, or even having the ability to be more active without getting exhausted so fast.
