It is probably westward expansion because that is what the time was called. The divine right meant that god gave the king the “right” to rule a country, so that isn’t an option.

The electoral collage system allows for states with more people to receive the number of electoral college votes as would vote in that state. For example, if a Republican won Texas and and a Democrat won Wisconsin, it would not be fair to have them both equal the same number. The vote represents the population evenly.
