Diction is a style of writing and speaking, it separates bad writing from good writing. It varies on different factors. Proper diction or choice of words enables to convey message clearly and effectively. Words are chosen by the writer to convey or create a tone, mood and atmosphere which leads to the formation of attitude of the reader. Its is marked using figures of speech, articulation, tone and other devices making it different from prose.
