The image does not represent the London steam carriage because it is moved by the action of horses.

What is the London Steam Carriage?

The London Steam Carriage is the name given to one of the first steam vehicles created in London, England by Richard Trevithick in 1803.

The main feature of this vehicle was its steam engine, which allowed it to move faster and travel in less time than horse-drawn carriages.

According to the above, the image does not represent the steam carriages of London because it is seen that it is pulled by 4 horses.

Note: This question is incomplete. However I can answer it based on my general prior knowledge.

Alchen [17]

Answer: The legislative process is basically the same on the state and federal level. Like the federal government, most state legislatures have two chambers, a House of Representatives (or Assembly) and a Senate. Both chambers must pass the legislation, wherever you start the process.
