I dont think so, the two parties cause a lot of division, between the difference of ideas and different taste in politicians, laws ect. it forces people apart.
I think it's trying to show the fact that you can't control something that is natural and the more you try to control it the more it comes for you if that makes sense like the states are trying to reopen but the virus in this case is coming for them
