I would have voted for Stephen a. Douglas. Although he wasen't popular he was in favor of giving indians their rights. That is the main reason noone liked him because he was mre into civil rights.

The new deal is a set of government programs that is aimed to provided government funded help to address the great depression. But the unemployment still remain high years after the new deal and it increase united states debt, so it has to be ended.

The new frontier program was proposed to fund projects for space exploration. Kennedy believe that this is different from the new deal since it actually challenge American to learn and contribute rather than waiting around for government help

When a plaintiff accuses the government of discrimination, the courts frequently use strict scrutiny. The law must have been carefully crafted to satisfy a "compelling governmental interest" and have been passed by the legislature in order to pass rigorous scrutiny.

A law impacting a fundamental right must have a compelling state purpose in order to pass under the Strict Scrutiny criterion. In order to accomplish the goal or interest of the government, the law must also be carefully crafted.
