Yes, I think it does not matter what shape or size your body is, it is very vital to move around, and not sit all day.
For those who are weighing themselves every day, their self-esteem lowers if they gain weight, which is why I do not weigh myself as I do not think a number should control me and what I eat.
Exercise! You have legs and arms for a reason, and they are not for sitting or lying down all day!
Even if you weigh 150kg, you can still exercise, move your body, walk, run or do a workout, but do not be effected by a number on the scales.
