2) Depends on what you’ve gone in for, start at the aisles near the door with things you need and then work your way around the shop

3) Things you definitely need. Things not on the list like unhealthy drinks and snacks

4) Tell yourself that you do not need them and that you should save your money on something that you definitely need and want
