Depending on how light/saturated the pillows are, as well as what what you’d be using the colors on, i think that pale colors would work well, but metallic (probably gold) accents might also work
I know this because I dance and we did a great depression theme for one of our shows and I did a tap dance that people use to do during the great depression. Sorry if im wrong.
