\frac{8+-\sqrt{64-4(1)(25)} }{2a}=\frac{8+-\sqrt{64-100} }{2}=\frac{8+-\sqrt{-36} }{2}

8/2 = 4

sqrt(-36) = 6i

6i/2 = 3i (remember, we still have the two in the denominator)
