Vinil7 [7]

Considering a model of earth with no continents and with no rotation but heated like the real earth. The warm air around the equator and cold air at the poles. In such a model, the chances of possibility of survival are very low as this model doesn't support life on earth.

The rotation of the earth around its axis plays a significant role as its rotation is responsible for the occurrence of changing seasons and weather throughout the year around the globe.

Polar regions are colder than equatorial regions. If the earth stops rotating then the pattern of global winds would completely change.

The exchange of air in the atmosphere will be only in a back-and-forth motion.

Resultantly, the poles will be too cold to survive and the equator too hot to live in due to the hot and warm air around the equator. Unfortunately, this model doesn't support life on earth.

As the earth rotates, it moves warm air masses from the hot hemisphere to the cold hemisphere to maintain the temperature at a moderate level and vice versa. So, in order to maintain survival on earth, its rotation plays a crucial role.

a. Globalization is a social, political and economic phenomenon that seeks to promote the integration of all the nations of the world, through diplomatic, cultural and commercial links. b. A global village is a result of globalization that creates speed in communication, transport and mixing cultures. This impacts the cultural landscape, because disintegrating cultural barriers that delimit the customs and concepts of a given region, which suffers a type of acculturation from the adoption of new cultural concepts, no longer allowing an outline of the cultural space.

c. Globalization causes a mixture of cultures, where less influential cultures are often suppressed by adopting cultural concepts from more influential cultures. Indians do not want to take that risk, as they want to maintain the cultural customs of their ancestors. This can make them resist globalization.

d. From a cultural point of view, diffusion refers to the act of expanding local culture to other regions. This can be done through conversations, exhibitions, products, cultural events and even imperialism.

e. The diffusion promoted a strong international trade, where a country can adopt the customs of consumption and products from other regions and integrate them into its daily life. An example of this is the adoption of the fashion concepts created in Paris by the rest of the world, the popularization of sushi in Western countries and the valorization of k-pop worldwide.

f. as diffusion barriers we can mention xenophobia, which causes rejection of anything and everything of foreign origin, as well as the anti-imperialist and decolonizing feeling, which makes a culture want to protect itself from the interference and acceptance of different cultures.
