Once a person accepts responsibility, he is communicating to the other party that he will get things done. So with that, there will be expectation. With the acceptance of responsibility, there can be designation and task assignment. There can also be teamwork now. All of which are aspects of effective communication
A headland is a coastal landform. It is a point of land, usually high, that extends into a body of water. If a headland is sufficiently large it is called a cape. They are often found in the same coastline as bays. However, a bay is flanked by land on three sides, while a headland is flanked by water on three sides.
