Answer:

The species was most likely not found in its natural environment and died because of its inability to adapt to the new environment. Animal species have specific characteristics in their behavior and physical appearance that makes them thrive in a particular climate. Polar bears have white fur, thick coats, and a large structure to support themselves and effectively hunt in the Arctic. When placed in a jungle environment, for example, these characteristics are not useful, and would be a burden to them. This is why when a prehistoric animal if found in a different place, it is because it wandered there (out of need or out of confusion) and couldn't adapt.

In my opinion the Government has to do just two thing: give security to people (police force) and an adequate legal system. All the other things can be done by the private sector and even the two things mentioned before can be done by private companies. I am not Keynesian. I don't believe in the government intervention. I believe that politicians have their own agenda and it is not helping people but to be elected.
