the Neolithic Revolution was also known as the 'first' agricultural revolution this was when humans stopped their lifestyle of hunting and gathering and came together in a lifestyle of settlement and agriculture. so tools were imperative to planting crops during this time.
Some of the peoples it conquered didn't want to be ruled by the Incas and were rebellious, mainly, and it was so big that it couldn't keep the conquered in line very well.
