Adolf Hitler was a good social leader in the sense that he wrote convincing speeches and was easily able to rally his followers and get people to do everything he said. Because of his great social leading abilities he had tons people who would do everything for him no questions asked.

He was a good leader in terms of speeches because whenever he spoke, the audiences became rapt or focused. e.g a Jewish person clapped for Hitler even though Hitler was speaking against the Jews because that's how good of a speaker he is.
