Answer:

Explanation:

If you are gathering intelligence, then you are passive. You don't want to be noticed. That lets out machine guns, tanks, trench warfare, battleships gas mask (which is purely defensive)

The two that are left out are airplanes and uboats. Towards the middle of WWI airplanes became offensive weapons.

I'd pick uboats but it depends what time period you are studying. These were not offensive weapons until WWI. They were used to gather intelligence about the enemy during the civil war.

The problem is that planes, before 1915, were used to gather information.

I'll stick with uboats, but recognize this is kind of iffy.

What resulted from a 1961 conference in Vienna between President John F. Kennedy in Nikita Khrushchev
aliya0001 [1]

The summit did not resulted in a positive outcome, instead it started a whole new Cold War game on June 3.4. 1961.

On the one hand, Nikita Khrushchev took harsh position over Berlin, a Western spot within communist-controlled East Germany. On the other hand, in that summit Kennedy made it clear that he was not willing to withdraw from Berlin. As a result, there was not progress in the negotiations. However, according to Nikita´s words, in that summit, “Kennedy held a stance through which he was willing to find a peaceful solution to world problems and avoiding conflict with the Soviet Union.”

Following the Summit, the Berlin wall was erected two months later and the Cuban Missile Crisis led the world to the verge of nuclear war in 1962.

Why were the germans receptive to hitlers ideology
hoa [83]
After WWI, the Allies made Germany sign the Treaty of Versailles, it was really harsh towards Germany, its destroyed it's economy, its army, and blamed the war on them.

Many Germans, suffering in these conditions, saw Hitler's party as a light, as hope for a better life for them an and their children, because Hitler wanted to restore Germany's glory, and with it, it's economy.

They felt betrayed by everyone, but Hitler was always on their side.
