If two angles are on a straight line, that means the sum of the two angles is 180 degrees, so we get the equation:

   5x +13x = 180

Hope that helps!

Two lines intersect at a point, forming  ∠1 , ∠2 , ∠3 , and  ∠4  .
Ad libitum [116K]
The answer is:  [B]:  " 60° " .
________________________________________
Because at whatever location,  <span>∠2 and ∠4 are vertical angles;
</span>
and all vertical angles have equal measurements.

Given:   m∠1  is 120°, and ∠1 is supplementary to ∠2 ;

then m∠1 + m∠2 = 180° .

So, m∠2 = (180 - 120)° = 60° .

As aforementioned:

m∠4 = m∠2 = 60° ;  which is:  Answer choice:  [B]:  " 60° " .

A pyramid has a square base with sides 100 feet long. The original height was 75 feet.
viva [34]

Step-by-step explanation:

<u>Step 1:  Find the volume of the original pyramid</u>

<u />V = a^2*\frac{h}{3}

V=(100)^2*\frac{75}{3}

V=10000*25

V=250000

<u>Step 2:  Find the volume of the cut off</u>

<u />V=(20)^2*\frac{15}{3}

V = 400*5

V=2000

<u>Step 3:  Find the percent that still remains</u>

<u />250000-2000

248000

248000 / 250000

0.992*100

99.2

Answer:  99.2%
