No one knows for sure exactly what does cause muscle soreness. But a lot of scientists now think that pain is caused by microscopic tears in the muscles when a certain exercise or activity is new or difficult. These VERY SMALL tears eventually later on produce inflammation, and corresponding pain, 24 - 36 hours later? So I think it's true- and I am sure they rebuild. Because your body repairs it. That's what I think :)

Which is an advantage to using nonrenewable resources?
11111nata11111 [884]
The answer is A. Its relative cheapness compared to its renewable counterparts is what allows nonrenewable resources to continue to dominate the market. Also, you can conclude this answer through elimination of the other three choices. Nonrenewable resources actually have a higher impact on the environment because of its contribution to greenhouse gas emissions. Also, it being used up rapidly and contributing to global warming are both true, but are disadvantages rather than advantages.

Is memorizing the American Pageant AP US History textbook offered in APUSH classes essential in scoring well on the exam?
nexus9112 [7]

Answer:

No

Explanation: It is not essential. Scoring well on an AP exam requires studying, yes, but not memorization of a book. Instead, focus on understanding the concepts overall and studying key points of each unit. What book you use for that is not essential, as long as it is decently up to date.
