Miguel wrote the predicted and residual values for a data set using the line of best fit y = 1. 82x – 4. 3. He left out two of t

he values. A 4-column table with 4 rows. The first column is labeled x with entries 1, 2, 3, 4. The second column is labeled given with entries negative 2. 3, negative 0. 9, 1. 1, 3. 1. The third column is labeled predicted value with entries negative 2. 48, negative 0. 66, a, 2. 98. The fourth column is labeled residual value with entries 0. 18, negative 0. 24, negative 0. 06, b. Which represents the missing values of a and b? a = 1. 16 and b = 0. 12 a = 1. 16 and b = –0. 12 a = 0. 5 and b = 6. 08 a = 0. 5 and b = –6. 8.

The missing values of a and b in the table of Miguel, wrote the predicted and residual values is 1.16 and 0.12 respectively.

What is data table?

Table is a way to represent the data of the two or more variable.To read the data from the table look for the value of one variable, and get the resultant value of other variable from the corresponding block.

Miguel wrote the predicted and residual values for a data set using the line of best fit with the following equation,

y = 1. 82x - 4. 3.

The image of the table for the data of Miguel is attached below. In this table he left out two of the values a and b

The table keeps the data,

 • The first column labeled x with entries 1, 2, 3, 4.
 • The second column labeled given with entries -2. 3, negative 0.9, 1. 1, 3.1.
 • The third column labeled predicted value with entries -2.48, -0.66, a, 2.98.
 • The fourth column labeled residual value with entries 0.18, -0. 24, -0.06, b.

The residue value is the difference of the value given and the value predicted.

The value of a is in the third column. Here, the given value is 1.1 and predicted value is -0.06. Thus, the residue value is,

a=1.1-(-0.06)\\a=1.16

The value of b is in the third column. Here, the given value is 3.1 and the predicted value is 2.98. Thus, the residue value is,

b=3.1-2.98\\b=0.12

Hence, the missing values of a and b in the table of Miguel, wrote the predicted and residual values is 1.16 and 0.12 respectively.

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP

find the values of x and y
step by step if possible
vlada-n [284]

Answer:

11. 16x +(9x+5)= 180

25x + 5 = 180

25x= 175

x= 7

If x is 7, then the top value is equal to the bottm one becuase they are vertical angles.

112 + 4y= 180

4y = 68

y= 17

Step-by-step explanation:

12. 6x - 11 + 2x - 9= 180

8x - 20= 180

8x= 200

x= 25

6(25) - 11= 139

20y + 19 = 139

20y = 120

y=6

Find the length of RS with endpoints R(4,5) and S(-1, – 4).
Artist 52 [7]

Answer:

d=\sqrt{106}

Step-by-step explanation:

Distance Formula: d=\sqrt{(x_2-x_1)^2+(y_2-y_1)^2}

Simply plug in your 2 coordinates into the distance formula to find distance d:

d=\sqrt{(-1-4)^2+(-4-5)^2}

d=\sqrt{(-5)^2+(-9)^2}

d=\sqrt{25+81}

d=\sqrt{106}
