Explanation:

The Vietnam War was the first televised war to ever exist. Due to this, it created a credibility gap between the government and the media. While many propaganda posters were showing how great America was, the video coverage of the war were showing how bloody the front-lines really were. Many Americans began doubting the governments credibility because of this.
