Anton [14]
Hey there! Hello!

I believe that you can click a button that has something to do with decreasing the font size, to go along with the question, perhaps the decrease font size button. Sometimes these buttons are represented with minus signs or arrows pointing downwards, among other symbols that convey that the font size will be decreasing.

I hope this helped you out! Feel free to ask me any additional questions if you have any. :-)

Which expression correctly determines that String s1 comes before String s2 in lexicographical order
Assoli18 [71]

Options :

A.) s1 < s2

B.) s1 <= s2

C.) s1.compareTo(s2) == −1

D.) s2.compareTo(s1) < 0

E.) s1.compareTo(s2) < 0

Answer: E.) s1.compareTo(s2) < 0

Explanation: Lexicographical ordering simply means the arrangement of strings based on the how the alphabets or letters of the strings appear. It could also be explained as the dictionary ordering principle of words based on the arrangement of the alphabets. In making lexicographical comparison between strings, the compareTo () method may be employed using the format below.

If first string = s1 ; second string = s2

To compare s1 with s2, the format is ;

s1.compareTo(s2) ;

If s1 comes first, that is, before s2, the method returns a negative value, that is a value less than 0 '< 0', which is the case in the question above.

If s2 comes first, that is, before s1, the method returns a positive value, that is a value greater than 0 '> 0'.

If both are s1 and s2 are the same, the output will be 0.

You want to upgrade a server by installing an external SCSI tape drive. The system currently has a SCSI card and an internal SCS
jeka94

Answer:

You should disable termination on the Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) controller card.

Explanation:

SCSI is an acronym for Small Computer System Interface, which is also generally referred to as host bus adapter (HBA). The SCSI is typically a chip that controls the communication between the operating system (OS), storage devices such as hard disk drives and the host computer system. Also, it helps with the interpretation of the electrical signals between the Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) bus and the input-output bus for storage devices.

In this scenario, you want to upgrade a server by installing an external SCSI tape drive. The system currently has a Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) card and an internal SCSI hard drive. At bootup, the system fails to recognize the new tape drive. To solve this problem, you should disable termination on the SCSI controller card so that only the external SCSI tape drive will be active and the SCSI won't be detected.

Respond to the following in three to five sentences. Select the workplace skill, habit, or attitude described in this chapter th
Serjik [45]

A skilled and successful worker is any worker who has special skill, training, knowledge, and (usually acquired) ability in their work. A skilled worker may have attended a college, university or technical school. Or, a skilled worker may have learned their skills on the job. Examples of skilled labor include engineers, software development, paramedics, police officers, soldiers, physicians, crane operators, truck drivers, machinist, drafters, plumbers, craftsmen, cooks and accountants. These workers can be either blue-collar or white-collar workers, with varied levels of training or education.

1. They Think About the Skills They Need for the Next Job

We all (OK, most of us) try to be awesome at the skills in our job descriptions, but the most successful people also focus on what they’ll need to know to succeed in their next jobs. Not sure what skills you should be developing? Check out career expert Laura Katen’s tips for honing in on exactly what to reach for next.

2. They Speak Up in Meetings

Especially if you’re in a large meeting, intimidated by the higher-ups there, or don’t know much about what’s going on, it’s easy to sit tight and listen. But the people who get ahead don’t wait for permission or an invitation to speak—they make sure everyone in the room knows they have something to contribute. Even if you don’t have a suggestion? “Speaking up to advocate for a co-worker’s point of view or asking a well thought-out question can go just as far,” says leadership coach Jo Miller.

3. They Dress for the Job They Want

You’ve heard it a thousand times—but it consistently holds true. People who get ahead at work look to those above them and emulate not only the clothes they wear, but the ways in which they present themselves in the office, interact with others, and approach their work.

4. They Get to Know the Higher-Ups

It’s pretty hard to get promoted if your boss’ boss doesn’t know who you are—so make it a point to get to know the higher-ups in your department. Check out Sara McCord’s tips for talking to your boss’ boss the right way.

5. They Know How to Communicate With Those Higher-Ups

If you’ve ever been in an executive-level meeting, you know that c-suiters communicate a bit differently than the rest of us. So, if you want to make it there someday, it’s key to learn how to talk the talk. Career coach Lea McLeod gives a few tips for getting started.
