Answer:

They both are determined by whether or not they have a common ancestor attributing to differing species evolution. Divergent evolution is when different organisms who have a common ancestor end up as different species. Convergent evolution is when different organisms end up more alike over time, despite not having any common ancestors.

Thermal energy quick check
BartSMP [9]

The option that defines kinetic energy is B. The energy an object has because of its motion.

What is kinetic energy?

A particle or an item that is in motion has a sort of energy called kinetic energy. An item accumulates kinetic energy when work, which involves the transfer of energy, is done on it by exerting a net force.

The energy of a body in motion, or kinetic energy (KE), is essentially the energy of all objects moving. Alongside potential energy, which is the stored energy present in objects at rest, it is one of the two primary types of energy.

Kinetic energy comes in five different forms such as radiant, thermal, acoustic, electrical, and mechanical energy.

ASAP PLS There are lots of big words in genetics! One way to start thinking about the process of meiosis is to ask yourself some
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer:

1) the genes and chromosomes do not double after each generations because parental sex cells are haploid and only contain one set of chromosomes. During fertilization the two cells fuse to form a diploid zygote with two copies of genes and chromosomes. For example a normal human has 46 chromosomes (2 copies of 23 chromosomes) during reproduction gametes which contain 23 chromosomes (haploid) fuse to form an offspring with the correct number of chromosomes ( 23 + 23 = 46).

2) offspring only receive one set of chromosomes from each parent so to maintain the chromosome number of humans. If this did not happen you would not be the same species.

A surge in which hormone(s) immediately precedes ovulation? a surge in which hormone(s) immediately precedes ovulation? progeste
dedylja [7]

The answer is LH only. Luteinising hormone promotes the release of an egg from an ovary during ovulation. Follicle Stimulating Hormone, on the other hand, stimulates the maturation of ovarian follicles. When its levels drop and LH surge, ovulation of a mature egg from the mature follicle occurs.
