Answer:

y = 24

angle V = 67

as a 4 sided shape, the angles all have to add up to 360 degrees.

we already have the answers for R, 120, and B, 53. We have 187 degrees left to work with.

Based of the information the tics on the sides of the figure gives us, we know that angle P and R are the same! First (just for fun, this isn't needed) we'll find X.

(x+95) = 120

   -95     -95

       x = 25

We know 3/4 angles now, so by subtracting their sum from 360, we'll find angle V!

360 - 53 -120 - 120 = 67

Angle V is 67

Now to find y!

(2y+19)=67

     -19  -19

     2y = 48

     /2     /2

       y = 24

liq [111]

The total number of people in the family that generates 20 loads of laundry in a week is 10.

<h3>What is an equation?</h3>

An equation is an expression that shows the relationship between two or more numbers and variables.

Let y represent the number of people and x represent the number of laundry loads.

From the table:

y = (1/2)x

For 20 loads:

y = (1/2) * 20 = 10

The total number of people in the family that generates 20 loads of laundry in a week is 10.

Consider random samples of size 80 drawn from population A with proportion 0.48 and random samples of size 66 drawn from populat
gogolik [260]

Answer:

Standard error = 0.070

Step-by-step explanation:

Formula for the standard error of the distribution of differences in sample proportions is;

σ_(A - B) = √((p_a^(1 - p_a^)/n_a) + (p_b^(1 - p_b^)/n_b))

We are given;

p_a^ = 0.48

n_a = 80

p_b^ = 0.13

n_b = 66

Thus;

σ_(A - B) = √((0.48(1 - 0.48)/80) + (0.14(1 - 0.13)/66))

σ_(A - B) = √0.00496545455

σ_(A - B) = 0.070

Given:

m(ar QT) = 220

m∠P = 54

To find:

The measure of arc RS.

Solution:

PQ and PT are secants intersect outside a circle.

<em>If two secants intersects outside a circle, then the measure of the angle formed is one-half the positive difference of the measures of the intercepted arcs.</em>

$\Rightarrow \angle P = \frac{1}{2} (m \ ar (QT) - m \ ar (RS ))

$\Rightarrow 54 = \frac{1}{2} (220- m \ ar (RS ))

Multiply by 2 on both sides.

$\Rightarrow 2 \times 54 = 2 \times  \frac{1}{2} (220- m \ ar (RS ))

$\Rightarrow 108= 220- m \ ar (RS )

Subtract 220 from both sides.

$\Rightarrow 108-220= 220- m \ ar (RS )-220

$\Rightarrow -112= -m \ ar (RS )

Multiply by (-1) on both sides.

$\Rightarrow (-112)\times(-1)= -m \ ar (RS )\times(-1)

$\Rightarrow 112= m \ ar (RS )

The measure of arc RS is 112.
