<em>Our shared inheritance includes the air, water, woods, and land.</em>

<em></em>

<em>Companies have been dumping garbage into my air and water, as well as causing damage to my portion of the woods and land, without paying me or others.</em>

<em></em>

<em>We're enraged and ready to throw in the towel. The quality of my remaining life, as well as the lives of my grandchildren, depends on our addressing this deplorable lack of responsible resource stewardship. Sustainable methods are also helpful for business. Short-sighted business tactics that lead to a company's demise cannot be helpful for the bottom line.</em>

<em></em>

<em>Some people are concerned about environmental concerns and will patronize companies that take action to address them. Some business executives see that we are on the verge of disaster and wish to take steps to ensure their companies' long-term viability.</em>

<em></em>

<em>Those who uphold their power's commitments are deserving of it. Climate change and biodiversity loss are major issues that must be addressed. Those that continue to poison our commonwealth can expect their pollution profiteering to be less understood in the future. Corporations and companies exist primarily to make money, but they also function under the assumption that they will do more good than harm in the long run. If it is discovered that they are more bad than good, they will lose the trust of the communities in which they operate. They will be history if enough investors, voters, workers, and citizens decide to hold them accountable. I hope that more businesses and corporations take their environmental duties seriously, and I wish those that already do so the best of luck in expanding their market share.</em>

<em></em>

<em>I hope this helps.</em>

<em></em>

<em>Thank you.</em>

Refer to the accompanying consumption schedule in an economy. All figures are in billions of dollars. If gross investment is $34
dezoksy [38]

Answer:

C+$64

Explanation:

The GDP measures the market value of all good and services produced in an economy (country or region) in a specific period of time. It is calculated by this formula:

GDP= Consumption (C)+ Investment (I)+ Government expenditure ()+ Net exports (exports-imports)

A lump-sum tax at all levels of GDP means that no matter what GDP value is, the tax will be the same amount. If the tax is collected by the government then the GDP will increase because the government expenditure is income ( most of them are taxes) minus expenses ( public investment in education, health, etc)

GDP= C+$34+$30+0

After tax, the equilibrium level of GDP will be C+$64

horsena [70]

Answer:

B. $ 3,650 U

Explanation:

Wave Fashions

Actual fixed overhead $ 32,000

Budgeted fixed overhead $ 26,000

Allocated fixed overhead $ 28,350

Standard overhead allocation rate $ 6.75

Standard direct labor hours per unit 2.1 DLHr

Actual output 2,000 units

Total Fixed Overhead Variance =  Budget Variance + Volume Variance

                                                 =$ 6000 Unfav - $ 2350 Fav= $ 3650 Unfavorable

Budget Variance = Actual Fixed Overhead- Budgeted Fixed Overhead= $ 32,000- $ 26,000= $ 6000 unfavorable

Volume Variance = Budgeted Fixed Overhead- Allocated Fixed Overhead

Volume Variance= $ 26000-  ( Standard Fixed Overhead Rate * Standard Hours)

Volume Variance= $ 26000-  ( $ 6.75 * 2.1 * 2000)

Volume Variance= $ 26000- 28350 = 2350 favorable

What is the function of the OSHRC? A. to enlist people under protected classes B. to research different discriminatory factors C
elixir [45]

Answer: The cases in which the Review Commission renders decisions arise from inspections conducted by a Federal agency separate from the Review Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which is a part of the Department of Labor. OSHRC, or the Review Commission, and OSHA were created by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, but the Act mandated that the Review Commission be an independent agency (i.e., not part of another Federal department) to ensure that parties to agency cases receive impartial hearings.
