Answer: idioms are groups of words in a specific order that form an expression whose meaning is different from the usual meaning of its constituent words. While a phrasal verb is a phrase which consist of a verb in combination with either an adverb or preposition and it can even be both.

A phrasal verb is verb with preposition or verb it is a group of words standing together as a conceptual unit . Examples of phrasal verb are I ran out of milk, I asked Janet out. Etc. while an idiom is a group of words that it’s meaning is not deductible from the individual words. Examples of an idiom are the test was a piece of cake, hero is slowly starting to find his feet, Jude work like a dog everyday, raining cat and dog etc.

Answer: In the film 12 Angry Men, a group of twelve jurors are deciding the fate of a young boy accused of murdering his father. Throughout the juries dilleration, one man exhibits all of the qualities of leadership. This man is juror number 8 played by Henry Fonda. Fonda not only exhibits the the 10 qualities of a leader but he uses these qualities to lead the entire jury to a vote of not guilty (Fonda & Lumet, 1957).

Explanation:

Early on in the film Fonda shows the first quality of leadership vision. Vision can be defined as the leaders ability to know what is needed and how what is needed can be achieved (book). In the case of 12 Angry Men, Henry Fonda has a vision that he and the other jurors have the responsibility to consider the facts in the consider the facts.
