usually the LCM is greater....
example : 2 and 4.....LCM = 8, GCF = 2
                 3 and 6....LCM = 12, GCF = 3

However, if ur 2 numbers are the same...
2 and 2.....LCM = 2 and GCF = 2
4 and 4....LCM = 4 and GCF = 4
