At the 20 week ultrasound, the determination of your baby's sex is usually obvious. And although the fetal organs are still immature, they are formed. At this ultrasound, they usually measure and check up on the baby to make sure all growth is normal. At this point, they're on average 6 1/2 inches long (they can be bigger) so I'd go with the seahorse
