I agree with the claim. The country also has a large population and a rapidly growing economy.</span>
I agree with this because China has been improving and developing. They have those gadgets and industries in which the US has also so they can be a potential country that can replace US. But there are still many countries that can also replace US such as Japan and Singapore but right now, US is the country who's up.
The historians could be wrong without proper proof to back up their so-called "facts". Therefore, they would need to study and know what they're talking about, before presenting their statements as facts.
