In the United States we measure fuel economy in miles per gallon. At the beginning of a trip a car's odometer read 23,450 miles,
and the fuel tank was full. At 23,742 miles the fuel tank was refilled with 9.87 gallons of gas. Estimate the number of miles per gallon the car averaged on that portion of the trip.
