MENTALLY HEALTHY PERSON CAN PROVIDE  MOTIVATION TO CONSERVE ENVIRONMENT  AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSERVATION PLAN AS WELL AS POPULATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. RAPID POPULATION GROWTH CAUSES POLLUTION, GLOBAL WARMING,LACK OF NATURAL RESOURCES THAT AFFECT OUR HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT.</u>
