A fixed-interval reward schedule is the biweekly paycheck many workers can earn.

What is the term fixed-interval reward about?

Fixed refers to the delivery of rewards on a consistent schedule. Ratio refers to the number of responses that are required in order to receive reinforcement.

For example, a fixed-ratio schedule might be delivery a reward for every fifth response. After the subject responds to the stimulus five times, a reward is delivered.

Therefore, correct option is True.

o-na [289]

Answer:

In order to determine whether the actors were funny or not, Will used a construct.

Explanation:

 • By using a construct that is based on the concepts or ideas that one bears in mind about certain actions, it can be determined on personal levels whether an action was mediocre or good.
 • A construct can thus be said to be the medium through which one can decide on his own the quality of an act committed or presented for scrutiny.

Which of the explanations for deviance discussed (biological, labeling theory, Durkheim’s theory, strain theory) do you think be
Anit [1.1K]

Answer: Actually this is a very serious question, and there is no definite answer to it, however, each of the explanations explains deviance in different ways, I would say that the biological explanation explains it the worst, because It’s explains deviance to be a process an individual deviates from social norms largely because of their biological makeup. But personally, I do not think that genetic makeup has much to do with deviance.

Secondly, I thought that the labeling theory was interesting, it explains that people become deviant not because of the act itself, but how people react to that act. The best explanation to choose is Durkheim’s Theory of Deviance, because he explains why deviance is important in our society which gave insight. Durkheim explains that deviance was in fact a normal and necessary part of social organization.

Galileo's observations strengthened his belief in Copernicus' theory that Earth and all other planets revolve around the Sun. Most people in Galileo's time believed that the Earth was the center of the universe and that the Sun and planets revolved around it.
