what is the most basic principle in physical activity that indicates doing more than normal for improvement to happen
vichka [17]

Answer:

The correct answer is - the principle of overload.

Explanation:

One of the three basic principles in physical fitness is overload which suggests that an individual or species that works harder than the normal or required shows greater improvement and increases their physical fitness which leads to health benefits.

Overload means increasing physical activity by training harder to get more improvement to happen. In overload, the body performs better and adjusts in order to make it better for the future.

Thus, the correct answer is - the principle of overload.

All you ladies out here (or men that know idc lol)
rosijanka [135]

ok sooo, if you get this procedure would your eggs pile up and cause problems in the future? no, because eggs are just little balls of cells and all cells in ur body have a lifetime and eventually die. every month an egg would still “try” to go through the regular process but it gets stopped at the blockage where the tubes are tied and after a couple days it’ll die. also as u get older (around 30), your eggs eventually start dying off anyway so it’s completely natural lol
