Using research on a specific more advanced position, may be done o the internet. However; before doing that, I would go to human resources and find out more on career advancement. Companies usually have a training department also. Since advanced positions may include a requirement for education and skills, human resources can also assist you.
I would really like to be a social worker. Short term goal is to get an internship for work experience in social work. Medium term would be to graduate college with my bachelors degree in social work. My long term would be for me to become a social worker.
A because its not healthy to take pills that a doctor has not prescribed you. You could get more stressed when the pills wear off and get hooked onto the pill
