The answer are the first two are ; 3/5
And the last one : 7

Solution

3/5(a+5.25)=7.35

So

3/5(5.25)=3.15
3/5 (a) +3.15 =7.35

7.35-3.15 =4.2

So now

3/5 ( a)=4.2

3a =4.2x5

4.2 x5 =21

3a = 21

Divide by 3

So 7

So the first two box are 3/5

And the last one 7

Answer:

x=98.13^\circ,135^\circ,278.13^\circ,315^\circ

Step-by-step explanation:

tan^2x+7tanx+8=0,[0^{\circ},360^\circ)

tan^2x+7tanx+8=0

u=tanx <-- U-substitution

u^2+7u+8=0

(u+7)(u+1)=0

(tanx+7)(tanx+1)=0 <-- Replace u with tanx

tanx+7=0

tanx=-7

x=98.13^\circ,278.13^\circ

tanx+1=0

tanx=-1

x=135^\circ,315^\circ

Therefore, x=98.13^\circ,135^\circ,278.13^\circ,315^\circ

Solnce55 [7]
Ok so If I am understanding the question correctly, you will multiply 5 x 6 = 30 so there are 30 Bulbs. So all except 3 were planted. So then you will subtract 3 from 30 like this 30-3=27. That is your answer. Just take a deep breath Math looks a lot harder than it really is.

chubhunter [2.5K]

His total order was $135.52 ⇒ 1st answer

Step-by-step explanation:

Adrian ordered a corduroy jacket for $48.29 and 2 sweaters for $35 each. With 7% sales tax and  shipping below

  • Shipping and Handling Charges
  • Up to $25  ⇒ $4.50
  • $25.01 to $75 ⇒ $6.95
  • $75.01 to $125 ⇒ $8.95
  • $125.01 to $150 ⇒ $10.95

We need to find how much his total order was

∵ The price of the jacket = $48.29

∵ The price of each sweater = $35

∵ He ordered 1 jacket and 2 sweaters

∴ The total price  = 48.29 + 2 × 35 = 48.29 + 70 = $118.28

∴ His total order = total price + tax + shipping

∵ The total price = 118.29

∵ The shipping cost from $75.01 to #125 = $8.95

∵ There is 7% sales tax and shipping cost

∵ Tax = 7% of the total price

∴ Tax = 7% × 118.29 = \frac{7}{100} × 118.29 = $8.28

Add the total price, the shaping and the tax to find his total order

∴ The total order = 118.29 + 8.95 + 8.28 = $135.52

His total order was $135.52
