If the demand increases more rapidly for software engineers than for office clerks, what would you expect to
Margaret [11]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Supply and demand - the answer is "B". And there should be a "C" - unknown. There should also be a "D" since it is possible that the pay for software engineers could drop and office clerks increase (unlikely) is the supply of software engineers grows more quickly than demand while the supply of office clerks drops while demand increases (this is unlikely due to the fact that the skills necessary to be an office clerk are easier to obtain and as such, supply should not drop).

I dont get this problem! Please help!
77julia77 [94]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that a box has cards numbered 1 ,2,3

Also a bag has three balls labelled A, B and C

Sample space = {(1,A)(1,B)(1,C) (2,A)(2,B)(2,C)} n(S) = 9

Mary will randomly pick up a card from the 3 cards and also pick up a ball from the bag of 3 balls.

The sample space contains the combination of letter on the card and number on the ball.

Event that the number chosen is 1 is

{(1,A)(1,B)(1,C)}: n(event of choosing 1)=3

How do you write 11% as a decimal?
n200080 [17]

Answer: 0.11

Step-by-step explanation: To write a percent as a decimal, first remember that a percent is a ratio that compares a number to 100.

So we can think of 11% as the ratio 11 to 100 or 11 divided by 100.

Dividing by 100 moves the decimal point 2 places to the left so 11 divided by 100 would move the decimal point 2 places to the left which would give us .11 or 0.11.

So 11% can be written as the decimal 0.11.

What's the answer to this question: There were 80 adults and 20 children at a school play. The school collected $8 for each adul
Sedaia [141]
All you have to do is multiply the 80 adults by the cost of an adult tickets wich is 80 x 8=640 and then calculate the cost of children's tickets which is 20 x 20=400 then add 400 to 640 400+640 = 1040 then subtract the amount the school donated from that which is 1040-125= 915 and 915 is your answer

hope this helps! :)
